Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the km772 website accessible at https://km772.app, including all sub-pages, the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces operated by km772.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a km772 account and has been verified as eligible to use the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player on the Platform, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by km772 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet volume a Player must generate using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process km772 applies to all accounts prior to authorising withdrawals or as required by platform risk controls.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited under these Terms.
• "Sporting Event" means any match, tournament, race, or competition offered for wagering on the km772 sportsbook, including but not limited to BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, MotoGP, and esports tournaments.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond km772's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyberattacks, or payment network failures.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the km772 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. km772 strictly enforces this age requirement and may request government-issued identification to confirm age at any stage.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indonesian law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on km772 or on any third-party responsible gaming register that km772 participates in.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or as a proxy for, another individual in the creation or operation of a km772 account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of km772 or any of its affiliated technology or payment service partners.
• You must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is unlawful at the time of access.

km772 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an existing account if, at any time, a Player is found to no longer satisfy these eligibility criteria. Any balance in a suspended account will be handled in accordance with Clause 13 of these Terms.

Account Registration

To access the full range of km772 services, you must create a registered Account on the Platform. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the km772 Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein.
• All registration information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. km772 will rely on the details provided during registration for identity verification, payment processing, and communications.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. km772 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• You must notify km772 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• km772 reserves the right to refuse or reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Account registration is free of charge. km772 does not levy any fee for opening or maintaining a Player Account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) & Identity Verification

km772 applies a mandatory KYC process to all Accounts. The purpose of KYC is to verify the identity and residential address of each Player, to confirm eligibility under Clause 2, and to ensure the integrity of the Platform's financial flows.

• Players will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card, or a valid passport) prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Additional documentation may be requested at km772's discretion, including but not limited to proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership.
• km772 targets a KYC review period of 1–3 business days from receipt of all required documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion.
• All documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with km772's Privacy Policy. km772 uses secure, encrypted document storage and does not share KYC data with third parties except where required to fulfil identity verification obligations.
• Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being raised may result in the request being cancelled. Real-money deposits are not forfeited in such circumstances; however, the Account may be placed into a restricted state until verification is completed.

Deposits

km772 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.
• Deposits are credited to your km772 Account in real time for e-wallet channels and within 5–15 minutes for bank transfer channels during standard Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB). Transfers initiated outside banking hours may experience delays of up to two hours.
• km772 does not charge any deposit processing fee. Any fee levied by your bank or e-wallet provider is outside km772's control and is the sole responsibility of the depositing Player.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account (less any applicable bank processing charges), with the receiving km772 Account placed under review.
• km772 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit as part of its fraud-prevention and KYC procedures.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible, to maintain consistency with anti-money-laundering best practices.
• Accounts that have completed KYC verification (Clause 4) are eligible for standard withdrawal processing within 3 minutes for e-wallet channels and within 30 minutes for bank transfer channels during WIB banking hours.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Real-money funds are always withdrawable ahead of Bonus Funds in the wallet hierarchy.
• km772 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction or Rp 200.000.000 per calendar month. Such checks will not unreasonably delay the disbursement of legitimate funds.
• Withdrawals to accounts not held in the Player's verified name will be declined. km772 is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect payment details submitted by the Player.

Bonuses & Promotions

km772 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all km772 bonuses:

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific promotion terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. In case of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met the Wagering Requirement within the applicable period will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Bonuses are awarded to one Account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts or coordinated wagering activity constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• km772 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonus balances at the time of withdrawal of a promotion will be notified of any impact on their current bonus status.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to [email protected] immediately. km772 reserves the right to recover erroneously credited bonuses and any winnings derived from their use.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in that promotion's terms (e.g., slots-only bonuses cannot be wagered on live casino tables).

Betting Rules

The following rules govern all wagers placed on the km772 Platform, including sportsbook bets, live casino wagers, and slot play:

• Sportsbook: All bets are final once confirmed. km772 follows industry-standard rules for void bets, abandoned events, and result disputes. In the event a Sporting Event is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player Accounts.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require a minimum of two (2) selections. If one or more legs are voided, the bet is recalculated using the remaining valid selections. If a single-leg parlay results from voids, that leg is settled as a single bet at the applicable odds.
• Voor Bola: Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules. Quarter-ball and split handicap bets are settled across two equal stakes at the relevant whole-ball and half-ball lines.
• Live Casino: Game outcomes from Evolution Gaming and other integrated providers are final and binding. Disputes arising from game malfunctions will be investigated in conjunction with the relevant game provider, and km772's decision — following that investigation — is final.
• Slots: Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Slot gacor (high-return slot) designations on the Platform are informational only and do not constitute a guarantee of any particular return-to-player outcome during any individual session.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each market and game type are displayed within the Platform and may be adjusted by km772 at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the km772 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended, balances forfeited, and access to the Platform permanently revoked:

• Opening or operating more than one km772 Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors to generate artificial profits. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be recovered by km772.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting strategies, or any form of coordinated wagering designed specifically to abuse bonus structures or guaranteed-profit wagering schemes.
• Sharing Account credentials with, or granting access to, any third party, including friends, family members, or commercial account management services.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software not authorised by km772 to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players on the Platform, including in live casino games.
• Making threats, engaging in abusive communication, or harassing km772 support staff or other players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the km772 Platform — including but not limited to the km772 brand name and logo, website design, software interfaces, game presentation layouts, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of km772 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without km772's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Using the km772 brand, logo, or any associated trademark in any context not expressly authorised by km772.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, km772 excludes all liability for:

• Any financial loss arising from wagering activity on the Platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and km772 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred during normal, authorised play.
• Temporary or permanent Platform unavailability due to technical maintenance, cyberattacks, or Force Majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Indonesian banks or e-wallet operators.
• Loss of data, Account access, or funds resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits km772's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

km772's aggregate maximum liability to any individual Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims is limited to the total value of deposits made by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming

km772 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps within their Account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum continuous play session durations. Once a session limit is reached, the Player is automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their lives may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 30 days, up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] will be processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable on-screen prompts at regular intervals reminding them of the total time elapsed in their current session.

Account Closure & Termination

Players may close their km772 Account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure:

• Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any active disputes or investigations.
• Any Bonus Funds balance at the time of closure is forfeited, unless the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full prior to the closure request.

km772 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where:

• A Player has engaged in any conduct prohibited under Clause 9.
• A Player has failed to satisfy, or has ceased to satisfy, the eligibility criteria in Clause 2.
• A Player has filed a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or e-wallet provider in connection with a km772 transaction without first contacting km772 support to resolve the matter.
• km772 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct linked to the Account.

Where an Account is closed by km772 due to a verified breach of these Terms, km772 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance to cover any losses, costs, or damages arising from that breach.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law, with specific regard to the Indonesian market context in which km772 operates and serves its Player base.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the km772 Platform, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: The Player must first contact km772 support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. km772 will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction following Step 1, the Player may request that the matter be escalated to a senior km772 compliance officer. The escalated review will be completed within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Final Decision: Following the escalated review, km772 will issue a final written decision. This decision is binding and represents the conclusion of km772's internal dispute resolution process.

km772 does not waive any rights or remedies by providing this dispute resolution process, and nothing in this clause limits km772's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in response to urgent or irreparable harm.
